We understand that you may sometimes want\nto return your purchases.

The customer can return the purchases\nwithin 14 days from the date of purchase, or exchange within 30 days from the\ndate of purchase, provided that the returned or exchanged goods are in their\noriginal condition, taking into account some exceptions to some product.

We don"t accept:

• for\nproducts damaged as a result of misuse or that show signs of wear and tear even\nif they are still under warranty
• For\nproducts that have been used, changed, assembled or installed unless defective

We reserve the right to verify defects and\nwe will repair or replace defective products at our discretion

• Do\nnot accept the return or replacement of products manufactured to the customer"s\nown specifications
• We\nrefund the money in the same way as the original repayment
